Chimichurri Verde

A spicy, herbaceous oil made with fused green chili olive oil blended with garlic, cilantro, parsley, oregano, black pepper, and red chili. Excellent for sautéing vegetables, marinating chicken, shrimp, beef, or pork, drizzling over hummus, or making a spicy aioli.

Pairs well with Sicilian Lemon or Blenheim Apricot Balsamic for marinades, dressings, and sauces.
