Denissimo

Made from Trebbiano grape must, caramelized and cooked down further, aged even longer in the traditional Batteria of Modena. Contains less than 1% barrel-aged Italian red wine vinegar. Ages in five different casks (mulberry, ash, oak, juniper, cherry wood). Extremely complex with notes of cherry wood, dried fruits, raisins, figs, dark chocolate, and malt. Serve with cheese, drizzle over melon or berries, finish roasted meats or vegetables, or desserts. Polyphenol Range 4,000–10,000 PPM. Average 4% acidity.
